Dried fruit such as aubergines, figs, orange peel. Quince. Touches of anise and menthol. Some floral notes also stand out. Very powerful and complex.
Very unctuous and with volume. Fresh and fruity. Light toast. Persistent and delicate.
100% white Grenache.
Foie, cheese, appetizer, dark chocolate.
Ideal to serve between 16-18ºC
