A visit to our Cooperative is a must both from an architectural point of view (it is the seventh wonder of Catalonia) and from a Terra Alta historical and wine point of view.

The visit to the Cooperative will help you better understand the process of creating wine and oil and will transport you to the beginning of the 20th century, when a group of families from Gandesa came together to produce wine and oil again using innovative and quality methods. and for not having to flee the territory. The history of the Cooperative is the history of an entire town, a history of overcoming and hard work: of pampering the product throughout the year for more than a hundred years and of excellent wine and oil production.

Free audio tour (without guide) of 30 minutes in Catalan, Spanish, English and French with comments on the permanent exhibition, new graphic materials and didactic explanations to better understand the entire process of making wine and oil in a winery and modernist oil mill.

With your own mobile, scan the QR code you will find in the modernist cellar and let yourself be guided through our tour. You will find 5 stops where we will explain the space, the method, the history, some elements of the production, the prizes, etc.

You will find architectural explanations about the building and the life of the members of the Cooperative. Through dozens of photographs, teaching materials and the building itself, get an idea of the life of this more than century-old building.

• Hours: No need to book in advance. From June to October, self-guided tours are only possible on Mondays and Tuesdays during office hours. From Wednesday to Sunday the visits will be guided, with a guided tour fee.
• Duration approx: 40 minutes.

Visit the modernist winery with our guide Marta Vallespí. Please be punctual, once the visit has started you will not be able to access it.

• Standard price: €16 / person (with tasting of 3 wines).
• Standard price Plus: €25 / pers. (with tasting of 8 young and aged wines)
• Taste Olive Oils: €2 / pers. (you can add that taste to all our visits, with reservation)
• Other prices: according to age or number of tastings:

  > Without tasting: €10 / pers.

• It is not possible to take free tours with an audio guide on weekends, holidays and/or when there are guided tours.
  

Guided visit to the modernist winery and tasting of our Pureza wines, valued at €24. The Pureza are the premium wines of the Cooperative: monovarietals from old vines with aging. Garnatxa Blanca, Macabeo, Morenillo, Garnatxa Negra and Carinyena. During the tasting, the wines are paired with chocolate, a game and a pleasure for the senses.

Guided tour of the modernist cellar and tasting of our paired vermouths. Terralta is from 1932, and is a product that saved the Cooperative from economic bankruptcy. Due to a change in laws, the formula was sold to Cinzano in the 50s. It was recovered in 2019. The Pessigolla is from 2022, conceptualized for making cocktails by bartender Mariona Vilanova.

Guided tour with tasting of our top quality extra virgin olive oils. We will present you 100% Empeltre, 100% Arbequina and the 50% Empeltre – 50% Arbequina Blend: the combination of a fruity oil and a herbaceous one enhances both elements and offers an intense and balanced flavor, close to umami.
