The visit to our Cooperative is mandatory both from an architectural point of view (it is the seventh wonder of Catalonia) and from a historical and wine-growing point of view of Terra Alta.

The visit to the Cooperative will help you better understand the process of creating wine and oil and will transport you to the beginning of the 20th century, when a group of families from Gandes came together to once again make wine and oil using innovative methods and of quality and to not have to flee the territory. The story of the Cooperative is the story of an entire town, a story of overcoming and a job well done: of pampering the product throughout the year for more than a hundred years and of producing excellent wine and oil.

This December and January we propose 5 ways to visit our Cooperative so you can get to know us thoroughly:


1. Standard visit

Visit the modernist winery with our guide Marta Vallespí and taste our products. Standard price: €12 / person (with tasting of 3 wines). Standard price Plus: €18 / pers. (with tasting of 8 young and aged wines). All Wine Price: €36 / pers. (with tasting of all wines: approx. 15 wines). Price Oils: €13 / pers. (tasting 3 wines and 2 oils). €11 (oil tasting, no wine). Other prices: according to age or number of tastings: > Under 12s: Free (they can try must) > 12-18s: €6 / pers. (they can try must) > No tasting: €8 / pers. > One taste: €9 / pers. (tasting a wine or derivatives).

Opening hours: Advance booking is required. Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday morning guided tour 9:30, 11 or 12:30. Friday and Saturday guided tour in the afternoon 4 or 5:30 p.m. Monday and Tuesday (all day), Wednesday and Thursday (afternoon), Friday (morning) free visits.

Approximate duration: 1 hour.


2. Puresa Choco

Guided tour of the modernist winery and tasting of our Puresa wines, valued at €24. The Puresa are the premium wines of the Cooperative: monovarietals from old vines with aging. White Grenache, Macabeu, Morenillo, Black Grenache and Carinyena. During the tasting, the wines are paired with 5 types of chocolate. Price: €25 / person. Minimum: 2 people. Opening hours: Advance booking is required. Approximate duration: 1h 30


3. Art & Wine

Guided tour of the modernist winery and tasting of our wines while learning the technique of painting with wine. Price: €12 adults / €5 children.

Hours: December 17 or 29. On the 17th we will paint the Christmas card. On the 29th, the New Year's postcard. Advance reservation is required. Approximate duration: 1h 30


4. Visit the Christmas Raffle

Visit the modernist winery with our guide Marta Vallespí and taste our products. To celebrate the regular draws, from December 22 to January 7, choose a box during your visit and find out what you've won.

5. Visit Gourmet

Visits that include a special tour of the modernist winery and also of the current production area. Apart from the technical tasting of a large number of wines from the Cooperativa, this visit includes tapas to pair.

Price: €34/person. Minimum: 4 people. Hours: From 2 to 4 p.m. Reservations must be made two weeks in advance. Approximate duration: 2 hours. with pairing (tapas for lunch) included


6. Audio Visit (without guide)

Free audio tour (without guide) of 30 minutes in Catalan, Spanish, English and French with comments on the permanent exhibition, new graphic materials and didactic explanations to better understand the entire process of making wine and oil in a winery and modernist oil mill. With your own mobile, scan the QR code you will find in the modernist cellar and let yourself be guided through our tour. You will find 5 stops where we will explain the space, the method, the history, some elements of the production, the prizes, etc.

You will find architectural explanations about the building and the life of the members of the Cooperative. Through dozens of photographs, teaching materials and the building itself, get an idea of the life of this more than century-old building. Price: €5. Includes an in-store tasting. Opening hours: No need to book in advance. They can only be done when there are no guided tours. When there are guided tours, it will be with a guided tour fee. Approximate duration: 40 minutes.
