The Gold Collection range is made with a blend of Arbequina olives and Empeltre and is a production of early harvest oils and with specially selected olives. 

In our small format bottles we collect the best selection of Arbequina olives from the farms of our farmers, who work the land so carefully throughout the year to obtain the highest quality fruit possible.

Perfectly balanced, the two varieties are fused and provide a more fruity oil with hints of bitterness that combine with the sweetness of the Empeltre variety. It is an excellent oil, ideal for salads.
